12 Graham crackers, quartered
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
assorted fresh fruit, about 3 to 4 cups (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries,
etc.)
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup Fruit Simple® Fruit Smoothie (any variety)
In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese and vanilla. Set aside. Cut fruit into shapes to be used on pizza.
Gently spread the cream cheese mixture on top of Graham cracker pieces. Arrange fruit on top of cream cheese (make fun patterns!).
In a small bowl, mix together the jam and Fruit Simple® Fruit Smoothie to form a glaze. Pour glaze evenly over fruit and eat!
Serve with an 8 ounce glass of your favorite Fruit Simple® Fruit Smoothie.
