We care about picking fresh fruit, and fresh fruit deserves real care. Quality is important, so we take extreme care when it comes to processing Fruit Simple® Fruit Smoothies. That’s why our manufacturing process is about gentle handling—through flash pasteurization—to keep fruit flavors intact and ensure optimum flavor and product safety.
Why flash pasteurization?
No preservatives means no preservatives. It also means our smoothies require a few extra steps in production to make that possible. Fruit Simple® Fruit Smoothies are made on state-of-the-art equipment that minimizes the time exposed to high temperatures to preserve the fruit’s natural flavor, vitamins and minerals. Think about what happens when you overcook any fruit—it breaks down and loses flavor. That’s not freshness at all! Fruit Simple® Fruit Smoothies are made using a better process called flash pasteurization where we heat the product for only a few seconds. It’s done in a flash! We then immediately cool it down and pack it into sterile bottles and caps for truer fruit flavors, aromas, and better nutrition.

We even use care to retain the unmistakable fruity aromas lost through other types of juice processing.
